Terms And Conditions

1. Booking Conditions

A deposit of 10% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. An invoice confirming your booking details, the deposit paid, and the balance due will then be sent to you. The balance then becomes payable six weeks before the departure date. The person making the booking must be 21 years of age or over.

2. Damage Security

Should the need arise, where damage or loss has occurred, you will be invoiced and held accountable for any costs to make good the said damage or loss incurred.

3. Limited Liability

The owner will not accept liability for any personal loss of belongings, delays or changes caused by forces or events beyond my control, e.g. strikes, floods, fire, civil unrest, transport issues of any kind, weather conditions, and loss of any mains services like electricity or water.

4. Safety

The owner cannot be held liable for any personal injury or accident however caused. We therefore strongly advise that everyone in your party renting the villa have adequate holiday insurance.

5. Villa Facilities

All accommodation and associated facilities are booked exclusively for the individuals renting the villa. Please note, I prefer no smoking inside the villa, certainly not in any bedrooms, this is not allowed under any circumstances.

6. Cancellations

In the event that you cancel your booking your deposit will be forfeited unless there are exceptional or special circumstances. The owner reserves the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.

7. Complaints

In the unlikely event that something is not to your satisfaction then you must report it to me and i will endeavor to rectify the situation as soon as possible, If there is a valid reason why you failed to report the issue, then i will not accept liability.

Note: This applies to the Villa only, not to any of the Club Orka facilities.

If it is not possible to report the complaint at the time, then a letter must be sent within 4 weeks of your departure date.

8. Payment
